what exactly is a harajuku girl? is that a town or something?
Harajuku is a trendy district in Tokyo that Gwen Stefani sort of drew attention to. I hear that it's really really crazy on Sunday afternoons when all the high school girls dress up crazy and hang out there. It's a fun place to be, but probably made out to be more glamorous than it actually it.
The crazily-dressed girls that you see in books and on TV and on that one episode of America's Next Top Model are typical of the girls who hang out in Harajuku. :)
